Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Twin Atlantic Announces New Album “Transparency”, Shares New Song “One Man Party”
Scottish alt-rock band Twin Atlantic, consisting of Sam McTrusty (lead vocals, rhythm guitar) and Ross McNae (bass), announced their upcoming sixth studio album “Transparency” would be released on January 7, 2022.
It is their first album in two years. In addition, the band announced that the founding member and drummer Craig Kneale left the band.
From the album, the band unveiled a new song “One Man Party” alongside a music video.
The song received its first play during BBC Radio 1's Future Sounds with Tom Grennan.
The video was directed by Nicholas Afchain. The clip is reminiscent of Fatboy Slim's 2001 video for “Weapon Of Choice” featuring Christopher Walken.
Twin Atlantic shared on social media, “Today we are announcing our brand new album Transparency. After the challenges put in front of everyone over the past 18 months, Sam did what he's always done in moments of turmoil & started to write songs, which slowly evolved into an album.
