Jay Sean Releases New Mixtape “M3”: Streaming
- British singer-songwriter Jay Sean released his third mixtape “M3” on December 23, 2020.
This mixtape is the third part of a trilogy “The Mistress” and comprises of 8-track. Co-produced by Jay Sean and Boston.
He started the project The Mistress, the first part was released on September 6, 2011.
The second part “The Mistress II” was released on November 18, 2014.
Jay Sean shared on social media, “It's finally out, the 3rd and final chapter in The Mistress series. I started this passion project in 2011. When I dropped the Mistress 1, I did it because I wanted to write a body of work that felt like a movie. Where each song told the story. Pulled you in. No skips. Then in 2014, I dropped The Mistress 2. It continued the story. There are so many gems in both of these that I almost didn't make M3. Didn't wanna ruin it. I was just gon leave it at 2. But it needed to be put to bed as it were. (All puns intended). The fans wanted closure and so I've written it for you. So here you are, the final chapter. M3.”
- He continued, “Massive Thankyou to my brother and partner for as long as I know Jeremy Skaller for workin on gettin this out to the world the way I wanted before this insane year ends. We tryna leave a smile on your faces somehow man!
Big up to Henry Ammann for Comin thru with the 🔥 artwork!
