Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Agent blå Returns With New Song “Atopos”
Swedish alt-pop band Agent blå (pronounced agent blue) returned with a new song “Atopos” on July 28th. It is their first single since the second studio album “Morning Thoughts”.
The track will appear on their upcoming EP of the same title, which is due out on October 2nd via Kanine Records.
The EP contains 3-track. Vocalist Emelie Alatalo explains how the developing connection between the band members creates the complexity of these singles, “Each member of the band adds their own layer to the sound, each addition bringing a new unique perspective. Nothing would sound the same if you removed one of us from the writing process.”
Agent blå is based Gothenburg, consisting of Emelie Alatalo (vocals), Josefine Cover (bass, vocals), Felix Skörvald (guitars), Lucas Gustavsson (guitars), and Arvid Christensen (drums).
The band debuted with the first single “Beach” in 2015. The debut album “Agent Blå” was released in 2017. Followed by, the second album “Morning Thoughts” was released in 2019.- source : Stereogum
