Rosa Walton Premieres New Song “Heart To Heartbreak” on BBC Radio 1
British synth-pop duo Let's Eat Grandma's Rosa Walton premiered a new song “Heart To Heartbreak” on BBC Radio 1's Future Pop with Jodie Bryant.
The song is the third single off of her upcoming debut solo album “Tell Me It's A Dream”, which is set to be released on June 5, 2026 via Transgressive Records.
It was written by Rosa Walton and Sam E. Yamaha. Produced by Rosa Walton and David Wrench.
The track features John Victor on guitar, Kamran Kahn on bass, Elena Costa on drums, and David Wrench on percussion.
Rosa Walton said of the song, “When I was tracking this song in the studio with the band. I'd just eaten some really hot sauce to prove that I could. And during the take, I started to feel it was a bit like I was going to throw up. But it was the best take we've so far. So I managed to hold off and then threw up at the end. It was, in fact, the one we ended up using, but we kept that bit out.”- The debt album comprises 9 tracks, produced by Rosa Walton, David Wrench, and Sam E. Yamaha.
Rosa Walton said of the album, “The idea of doing a solo project was never about stepping away or doing something on my own for the sake of it. It started as writing to process things and stay grounded, and it grew into something shaped by the people around me and the joy of making music together.” -
