MEEK Performs “Fabulous” & New Song “Beautiful Freeks” on Saturday Night Live UK
British singer-songwriter MEEK appeared on Saturday Night Live UK to perform her smash “Fabulous” and a new song “Beautiful Freeks”.
This marks her musical guest debut on SNL UK.
“Fabulous” was released from her 3-track debut EP of the same name, which also includes “Brixton” and “I want love, but not that much”, back in January.
She posted the song to TikTok last October, where it went viral, and she later signed to BMG as MEEK.
It was written by Georgia Meek, David Pramik, and Caroline Baker, who also produced the track.
“Beautiful Freeks” is an unreleased track that she played it on TV for the first time. She has teased it on social media since March 2026.
Both songs of “Fabulous” and “Beautiful Freeks” will appear on her upcoming debut album, which is expected to be released in 2026.- MEEK told EUPHORIA. Magazine about “Fabulous” and her debut album, “The song was written just over a year ago in LA. It was actually my first trip there. When we wrote 'Fabulous,' it felt like we'd found the sound. I had basically been working on an entire album over the previous year, across 2024, both in the UK and LA. Luckily, my management had me in a writing camp for someone else, and I came away with this song. That first trip to LA at the end of 2024, 'Fabulous' was created; it was like a key turning in a lock, the sound for the album had arrived.”
