  • Boy In Space Announces Debut Album “The Man Who Lost it All”, Shares New Song “Sex, Drugs & Money”

  • Swedish singer-songwriter Robin Lundbäck, aka Boy In Space has announced his upcoming debut album “The Man Who Lost it All” will be released on October 23, 2026.

From the album, he unveiled a new song “Sex, Drugs & Money” on May 1, 2026.
The song is third single off of the album, following “Who's Crying When I'm Leaving?” and “The Man Who Lost it All”.
The track is a cheeky serenade in a lighter mode, swapping introspection for something more playful, expressed through the words of a man happily engaged.
It was written by Robin Lundbäck, Leah Mathies, and Oskar Widén. Produced by Freddy Alexander and Oskar Widén.
The track features Freddy Alexander on bass, guitar, cello, organ, piano and synthesizer, Oskar Widén on guitar, and Fredric Holmberg on drums.
  • Boy In Space said of the song, “I've spent my whole life thinking I knew what it meant to be in love, only to be completely humbled by the complexity of it. Recently, I've experienced love in a whole new way, and I wanted to express it differently than I have before. I feel very fortunate to soon be married to the muse of this song and hope it can be an expression for the lovebirds out there who have a hard time putting their feelings into words.”

He added, “I feel like this song has taught me how to talk about love in a more positive way, and for me that's a healing process that was needed. I don't mind the sad songs, but I think I'm more than that. Love and happiness is something I've grown very familiar with, and I'm glad I can share that with you all.”

  • The album comprises 10 tracks, recorded live with a full band over just a few days and built to sound intimate, close, and immediate.

Robin Lundbäck said of the album, “This album kind of feels like a beginning. Like letting go of a version of who I was, and starting over in a way that feels more honest. I wanted this album to sound like it belonged to one room so that when you press play, it feels like you've stepped into it with me. I hope that comes through when you listen - that it feels close and that it lets you into the room and the parts of me behind it.”
