Ananya Releases New Song “Man of the Match”
London-based singer-songwriter Ananya released a brand new song “Man of the Match” on April 30, 2026.
The song is her second single of 2026, following “Know You” released last month.
“Man of the Match” is a coy retelling of the moment you catch feelings when you weren't supposed to. With a playful, whimsical demeanor, the track embraces the juvenile wonder of pining over an unexpected love interest.
It was written by Ananya Kouds. Produced by Simon Jacobsson and Ramera Abraham.
She has already filmed a music video for the song, which is coming soon.
Ananya said of the song, “It lives in that push-and-pull of playing it cool, but lowkey hoping they'd catch you if you actually went for it.
