LP Returns With New Song “Shelly”
Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter Laura Pergolizzi, aka LP returned with a new song “Shelly” on April 29, 2026.
Alongside the release of the song, LP announced a world tour “All Is Not Lost Tour”.
The song is their first new music in three years, following the 2023 album “Love Lines”.
It was written by Laura Pergolizzi, Mike Del Rio, and PJ Bianco. Produced by Mike Del Rio, and PJ Bianco.
LP said of the song, “The first single is a real life song about a real life friend named Shelly. It's the first time I've done such an intimate portrait of a friend in a song. I was in the studio with my producer Mike Del Rio when I got a call from Shelly to catch up and it sparked a whole story. Life is beautiful.”
They added, “I've been writing, living, healing and learning what it's all about for me and my music right now. Enjoying the moment. So excited to share new songs! I've missed you and can't wait to see you!”- On the tour, LP will celebrate the 10th anniversary of “Lost On You”, performing the record in full alongside material from a new album that's yet to be announced.
The tour kicks off at TECATE EMBLEMA 2026 in México, Mexico on May 16, 2026 and will L'Olympia in Paris, France on November 15, 2026.
