DMA'S Announces New Self-Titled Album “DMA'S”, Shares New Song “Heatin Park”
Australian rock band DMA'S, consisting of Tommy O'Dell (vocals), Matthew Mason (lead guitar) and Johnny Took (rhythm guitar), has announced their upcoming self-titled fifth album “DMA'S” will be released on August 7, 2026 via Wonderlick Entertainment/Sony Music Australia/RCA UK.
This marks their first album in three years, following the 2023 album “How Many Dreams?”.
The album comprises 11 tracks, which the band recorded with producers Lach Bostock, Jimi Somewhere and Styalz Fuego between their own studio in Glebe, Sydney and Los Angeles.
From the album, The band released the second single called “Heatin Park” on April 27, 2026, following “My Baby's Place” released last month.
The song is accompanied by a music video featuring footage from their tour.
It was written by John Took, Matthew Mason, Thomas O'Dell, Liam Hoskins, Milo Orchis, and Benjamin Schandy. Produced by DMA'S, Milo Orchis, Lachlan Bostock, and Jimi Somewhere.- The band lead guitarist Matthew Mason said of the song, “'Heatin Park' started as an old forgotten demo banged into a new sound for us and that collision is what gives it its feral energy. The album is called DMA'S because that's exactly what it is and we're keen to bring it home and play for you all.”
