Ella Langley & Morgan Wallen Team Up for New Song “I Can't Love You Anymore”
American country music singer-songwriters Ella Langley and Morgan Wallen teamed up to release a new song “I Can't Love You Anymore” on April 24, 2026.
This marks the first collaboration between Ella Langley and Morgan Wallen.
For Ella Langley, the song follows her sophomore album “Dandelion”, which was released on April 10, 2026. Before the song's release, her latest music video for “Choosin’ Texas” from the album features a license plate reading “ICLYA” on the back of the vehicle in the final scene, subtly hinting at the new song.
Meanwhile, for Morgan Wallen, the track is his second collaborative single of 2026, following “McArthur” with Hardy, Eric Church, and Tim McGraw, released back in January.
Ella Langley and Morgan Wallen first performed the song during Morgan Wallen's “Still the Problem Tour” in Tuscaloosa, Alabama last week.
It was written by Ella Langley, Austin Goodloe, and Joybeth Taylor. Produced by Ella Langley, Austin Goodloe, and Ben West.
The track features Austin Goodloe on guitar, keyboards, and piano, Ben West on Hammond organ, Tom Bukovac on guitar, Ben Flanders on guitar, Rachel Loy on bass, Aaron Sterling on drums, Charlie Worsham on mandolin, and Spencer Cullum on pedal steel guitar.- Morgan Wallen said of the song, “I loved it the second I heard it. Ella and I have been talking about doing a song for a little while now. We have been on tour together and I'm a huge fan of what she does. She wrote and sent over this song and from the beginning riff, it was hard to deny. I'm honored she wanted me to be the one to do it with her.”
