Flair Releases New Song “Ritual”
Glasgow-based post-indie band Flair consisting of Tony Collum (vocals), Louis Collum (guitar), Jamie Hamilton (guitar), Jonnie Wilkie (bass) and Callum McArthur (drums), released a new song “Ritual” on April 24, 2026.
The song is the follow-up to “Nausea”, which was released last month.
Both songs will appear on their upcoming sophomore EP “For Lack of a Better Word”, which is set to be released on July 10, 2026 via Revo Pro.
The track blends narratives of poverty, paranoia, and the roulette of drug consumption, capturing the haunting presence of drug-induced voices multiplying their dark message.
It was written by Flair and produced by Mark Morrow.- The band frontman Tony Collum Saido the song, “Ritual is a hate letter to addiction, and to the ritual of crack dependency. This track was originally our second ever single release. With high hopes as it really was our first attempt at deep, meaningful lyrics that portrayed who we are as a band. As the song has grown and developed, we felt strongly that we should match its growth with a fresh new recording and breathe new life into a song that gets our strongest crowd reaction. We felt Ritual demonstrated the darker, grittier side of our sound, and the perfect compliment to Nausea, reminding you that it’s always darkest before the dawn.”
