Kelsey Olivia Releases New Song “Quit”
Cleveland-based singer-songwriter Kelsey Olivia released a new song “Quit” on April 17, 2026.
The song is inspired by a longtime situationship coming back around, comparing it to addiction and the lifelong chase of the constant high that person brings.
It is gutsy and unguarded, depicting a misty and dark-pop rumination on a lost love that won't let go.
The track was written by Kelsey Olivia and produced by Ben Schigel.
Kelsey Olivia said of the song, “I have always loved the dark pop sound, but it’s tricky to get right. I feel like this song definitely got it right. No significant other either of us has ever had has come close to one other. And who’s to say if anybody will?”- Kelsey Olivia combines relatable storytelling and transportive electronic textures.
She was previously signed to a Sony-distributed label and is currently distributed through Boost Collective.
