Zerb & Rita Ora Team Up for New Song “If It's Not Love”
Brazilian DJ Zerb teamed up with British singer-songwriter Rita Ora to release a new song “If It's Not Love” on April 17, 2026.
This marks the first collaboration between Zerb and Rita Ora.
Zerb first performed the song at Coachella 2026, which took place on Empire Polo Club, Indio, California from April 10 to 19, 2026.
The track was written by Matheus Zerbini Massa, Lluvia Rosa Vela, and Na'el Shehade. Produced by Zerb.
The collaboration came about when Rita Ora listened to his previous song “Space” during her tour in Italy and sent a DM to Zerb.
Rita Ora said of the song, “'Space' was when I was like, 'Okay, and I DM.' I was on tour in Italy. I just went, fucking, I'm a DM them, and I did, and I was like, 'What's up? Really, like your song. And I want us to do something.' Because I feel like the dance music, especially like, I've done so many dance songs, I love going to clubs, especially like, the dance scene has always been in my life. And then, but you have really something fresh. And I was, like, so excited about that song. And I was like, this is a jam. So thanks for having me.”- Zerb said, “After the songs that truly changed my life: Mwaki, Addicted and Location - I found myself in a crazy loop of touring, traveling and working nonstop, squeezing in studio sessions whenever I could. At some point I felt like I needed to slow down. So I stepped back for a bit and spent the last 4 months between São Paulo and Los Angeles, finishing what I honestly think are some of the most interesting songs I've ever made. I know a lot of you love the big collabs... and this next one is no different. 'If It's Not Love' with Rita Ora. This song actually started from a genuine DM she sent me saying she liked my music. And from there, it turned into something really special. There's a lot of feeling in this one - in the lyrics, in the production, in everything we put into it. I really hope you feel it the same way we did while making it.”
