Juliana Beltrán Releases New Song “Delusional”
Los Angeles-based Colombian singer-songwriter Juliana Beltrán released a new song “Delusional” on April 16, 2026.
The song is her first single of 2026. It captures the fragile moment when love begins to unravel, exploring the quiet heartbreak of holding on to something you know is slipping away.
It was written by Juliana Beltrán and produced by David Samuel and Brett Pemberton.
She has already filmed a music video, directed by Justn, which is coming soon.
Juliana Beltrán said of the song, “This is the ballad of the EP. The sad realization that a relationship is ending and has no future, yet you linger on the delusion of a hopeless idea. It’s honest, raw, and very true to this day. It’s also the first song where I play guitar live in the studio.”- She added, “I wrote a few years ago, not super sure when, because time's fake, an illusion, if you will. And I wrote this looking back into a relationship that clearly did not work out. And I was just analyzing a little bit and I was like, ooh, I was really not, not in my right mind back then. Like I was truly living, fully delusional. And this is how it came out. And it's a little sad, I will say, but it's also very true and honest and raw and very myself. And actually, this is the first song that I'm playing guitar on the record. So all of the guitars you hear are me played by these little fingers.”
