ALICIA DC Releases New Song “IDM”
Singaporean dance music singer-songwriter Alicia Diva Chandra, aka ALICIA DC released a new song “IDM” on April 10, 2026.
The song is the follow-up to the collaborative single “Talk To Me” with Thinlamphone and IIICCCYYY, which was released last month.
Also, the song is the second single off of her upcoming debut album “WANNA KISS”, which is set to be released in late May 2026.
The track is a story about an introvert slowly opening up to the support system around her, which is made up of her closest friends and colleagues.
The song was conceived one day when ALICIA DC was at the studio with her peers. When they asked her to join them for lunch, she replied “I guess, I, maybe, I don't mind.”
It was written and produced by ALICIA DC, with production by Ian Lee and Daniel Alex Chia.- ALICIA DC said of the song, “One day I didn't eat lunch before going to PK, I headed there to work with Ian and Dan on this song called 'WANNA KISS'. Arrived at the studio, Ian asked me if I had eaten yet. I said no not yet, and he was like YESSSSSSSS - Ian, Dan and I went to PLQ to have Shiok Burger, and I felt so amused by this whole thing that i wrote a song about it.”
