HAYLA Releases New Song “Heal”
London-based singer-songwriter HAYLA released a brand new song “Heal” on April 10, 2026.
The song is the first single of 2026. She first performed the song on her fall 2025 North American headlining tour.
“Heal” speaks to anyone who’s been let down before and consequently fears rejection and doubt. It covers the feeling of knowing you’ve been starved for affection but haven’t been offering yourself up to it. A resonant tearjerker, the track characterizes the sensation of ice thawing on your heart and your edges softening as you begin to let someone into your life.
She co-wrote the track with producer Magnus Skylstad.
The accompanying live video wad filmed at St Pancras Church in London on March 18, 2026.
HAYLA said of the song, “I’ve been teasing this track for some time and I’m excited to share this new direction with you all. Thank you so much to my amazing collaborator Magnus Skylstad. I hope you love it as much as I did creating it.”- She said of the video, “Being able to perform Heal and this new body of work before their release in such a different setting was something I was excited to create. This show at St Pancras Church was something entirely new for me from all the songs I performed, to my first solo show with live strings and piano. Performing live is where I feel most myself. It’s been really important to me to capture live performance moments to connect and convey the feelings and emotions behind the music in real time.”
