Anne Hathaway Releases New Song “My Mouth Is Lonely For You” from New Film “Mother Mary” Soundtrack
American actress Anne Hathaway released a new song “My Mouth Is Lonely For You” from the upcoming film “Mother Mary” soundtrack.
Earlier last month, she released the first single “Burial” from the soundtrack, which she worked on with American producer Jack Antonoff and British singer-songwriter Charli xcx.
This time, she collaborated with British singer-songwriter FKA twigs on the track. Also, FKA twigs appeared on the film alongside Anne Hathaway.
The track was written by FKA twigs, Lewis John Aelwyn Roberts, Tobias MacDonald Jesso, Matteo Chiarenza Santini, Jeffrey Nath Bhasker, and John Michael Rouchell. Produced by FKA twigs, Koreless, Xquisite Korpse, Tobias Jesso Jr., and Jeff Bhasker.
The soundtrack “Mother Mary: Greatest Hits” comprises 7 tracks and is set to be released on April 17, 2026 via A 24 Music.- The film “Mother Mary” was directed by David Lowery, starring Anne Hathaway, Michaela Coel, Hunter Schafer, Atheena Frizzell, Kaia Gerber, Jessica Brown Findlay, Isaura Barbé-Brown, Alba Baptista, Sian Clifford, and FKA Twigs.
The film follows the psychosexual affair between pop singer Mother Mary (Anne Hathaway) and fashion designer Sam Anselm (Michaela Coel) after they are reunited on Mother Mary's comeback tour.
The film is scheduled to be released in limited theaters in the United States by A24 on April 17, 2026. -
