A Great Big World's Chad King Releases New Song “All In Time”
New York-based pop duo A Great Big World's Chad King released a new song “All In Time” on March 2, 2026.
The song is his second solo single, following “Change Is Hard” released last October.
It's a beautifully simple, honest admission pulled from Chad King's own journaling of his personal journey with multiple sclerosis.
The track was written by Ian Axel and Chad Vaccarino. Produced by Gary Atturio.
Alongside the track release and March being National MS Awareness Month, half of the song's streaming and sales proceeds will be donated to the non-profit organization Race to Erase MS to support research aimed at curing multiple sclerosis.
Chad King was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2007. He and his A Great Big World-partner Ian Axel won Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for their collaborative song “Say Something” with Christina Aguilera at Grammy Awards in 2015.
But his symptoms ignited further, resulting in him having difficulty walking, a decrease in stamina, guitar-playing becoming difficult, and changes to his voice becoming apparent, especially near day-end. His experience of having to readapt the way he plays guitar is intertwined with “All In Time”.- Chad King said of the song, “As a symptom of MS, a couple years ago I started losing strength on the left side of my body by noon every day. This heavily affected my ability to play and perform music. This song was a way to make peace with my new reality, and it specifically uses guitar chords that I can play even in the afternoon.”
He added, “My journey with MS inspired the song 'All In Time,' and performing it live last summer at the Race to Erase MS Gala motivated me to take the next step, and actually record it. I will also be donating 50% of net proceeds to this amazing organization.” -
