Precious Pepala Releases New Song “Too Good To Die”
British singer-songwriter Precious Pepala released a new song “Too Good To Die” on February 26, 2026.
The song is the third and final pre-release single from her upcoming EP “Rosey”, following “Love Bombs” and “Dream Cheater”.
The track follows a reckless night of love and fury as two ex-lovers unite. It is an intoxicating post-breakup anthem for those late night “what if?” thoughts.
It was written by Precious Pepala and Jordan Rabjohn. Produced by Jordan Rabjohn and Owen Claxton.
The accompanying music video directed by Jordan Rabjohn.
Precious Pepala said of the song, “The reconnection. Fuelled by lust, Rosey and her problematic ex-lover head out for a night of reminiscing and partying. Driving recklessly and unable to take his eyes off of her, he loses control of the wheel and their ‘car crash’ relationship shifts from metaphor to reality.”- The new EP comprises 5 tracks and is the story of a toxic relationship which ultimately ends in the death of both lovers. It follows the character Rosey who falls in love and ignores the red flags and warnings from her friends.
She said a the EP, “I knew I wanted to write some songs about romance and love. I’ve grown up a bit, I’ve had relationships, I’ve been in love, I think, and I’ve experienced the good and bad parts of those things. In a world where social media, dating apps and the internet causes more toxicity, jealousy and friction than ever in relationships I wanted to explore some of the more bleak realities of romance instead of writing a bunch of wishy washy love songs. Some people might hear the songs on this EP and think I’m crazy or toxic, which maybe I am, but I think if most people are honest, they’ve either been like Rosey or had a friend like Rosey before, just without the fatal ending hopefully!” - source : Apple Music
