Kim Petras Releases New Song “Cha Cha”
Los Angeles-based German singer-songwriter Kim Petras released a new song “Cha Cha” on February 24, 2026.
The song is the third single off of her upcoming project “Pretour”, “Pop Sound” and “Mr. Producer” featuring BC Kingdom.
She is currently releasing a new song each week from the 4-track project. The final single will be released on March 3, 2026.
So far, it's unclear whether the project will end up being an EP.
The track was written by Kim Petras. Produced by Nightfeelings and Porches.
The accompanying music video was directed by Eli Sheppard, who also directed the previous video for “Mr. Producer”.
Kim Petras launched the new project due to delays to her upcoming album “Detour” caused by an issue with her current label, Republic Records.
Last month, she announced that she requested to leave Republic Records to become an independent artist again.- source : SoundCloud
