Jessie Ware Releases New Song “Ride”

British singer-songwriter Jessie Ware released a new song “Ride” on February 20, 2026.
The song is the second single off of her upcoming sixth studio album “Superbloom”, which is set to be released on April 10, 2026, following her last month release “I Could Get Used To This”.
The track interpolates the 1996 film “The Good, the Bad and the Ugly” theme by Ennio Morricone.
She first performed the song at Glastonbury's NYC Downlow nightclub in 2024.
The track was written by Jessie Ware, Sam Knowles, Ennio Morricone, and Clarence Coffee Jr, and James Ford. Produced by Stuart Price and Karma Kid.
Jessie Ware said of the song, “'Ride' was the first song I wrote for this record. I made it in 2024 with my best friend Jack Peñate and Karma Kid, who feature throughout the album. It's a song for the clubs, for the dancefloor - fun, cinematic, cheeky and powerful. I first performed it at NYC Downlow at Glastonbury after headlining West Holts, and I've been waiting two years to finally put it out. I know others have been waiting too… So here it is. You're welcome.”- The new album comprises 13 tracks, produced by Barney Lister, Baz Kaye, Jessie Ware, Jon Shave, Karma Kid, Stuart Price and Tom McFarland.
It is her first album in thee years, following the 2023 album “That! Feels Good!”.
Jessie Ware said of the album, “Since What's Your Pleasure I've been trying out this fantasy world and escapism. I'm not the most by-the-book 'pop star,' but I do like to play with dress-up, glamour, and fun, While I love dance music, I wanted to dig deeper with this record; to connect with real relationships and appreciate the love I have, and the fears I have of losing it.” - source : Apple Music
