The Last Dinner Party Premieres New Song “Let's Do It Again!” on BBC Radio 1

British indie rock band The Last Dinner Party, consisting of Georgia Davies (bass), Lizzie Mayland (guitar), Abigail Morris (vocals), Aurora Nishevci (keyboards) and Emily Roberts (guitar), premiered a new song “Let's Do It Again!” on BBC Radio 1's New Music Show with Jack Saunders.
The song is featured on the upcoming charity album “HELP(2)”, which is set to be released on March 6, 2026 via War Child Records.
The album is a sequel to the 1995 album “HELP” and will support the charity's efforts to provide aid, education, mental health support, and protection to children affected by conflict.
The album comprises 23 tracks, recorded at Abbey Road Studios in London over a week in November 2025 under the guidance of producer James Ford.
The track was written by Abigail Morris, Aurora Nishevci, Emily Roberts, Georgia Davies, James Ford, and Lizzie Mayland. Produced by James Ford.
The band said of the song, “It's such an honour to be included on this record for a cause that is so close to our hearts. The song is about the endless carousel of being in a relationship you know you shouldn't be in, but giving in to the inexorable tug of returning every time you leave. We'd like to say a huge thank you to War Child for asking us to be a part of the project and to James Ford for producing us, it was such a joy to work with him again!”- The band lead singer Abigail Morris told Jack Saunders about the song, “It's a quite a collaged song that was maybe three different songs, Frankenstein together. Heavily inspired by this Leonard Cohen album called 'Death of a Ladies' Man'. It's a lot of schmaltz.”
Aurora Nishevci continued, “We've had this song for a while, like I started it on my laptop, had a verse and a pre and I gave it to Abby, and she created a chorus, which kind of filled out the story of the song. Just like this kind of carousel, like relationship that you want to leave and you want to get back on, and then leave and then get back on. So kind of the end of the song came last.” -
Abigail Morris said of the album “HELP(2)”, “I mean, it was a no brainer. When we were asked, it was just like, of course, we'll do this. It's such an important charity and an important cause. To us and to all of the other artists that are on the record. And so we're just really honored to be part of it. Because the first record, I feel, was like such a huge historical moment, and it raised so much money. And I am just so happy that they're doing it again.”
Aurora Nishevci added, “This feels very personal to me as well, because the first help album helped the children in Bosnia. It's very close to home. My parents came to England from Kosovo. So it feels like a very important and kind of full cycle, very significant moment to be able to then contribute to an album to help. So there's so many more kids now need help. All across the world, and it's really scary time. So very glad that we can contribute something to helping that.”
