ILLENIUM Releases New Album “ODYSSEY”
American DJ ILLENIUM released his sixth studio album “ODYSSEY” on February 6, 2026.
It marks his first album in three years, following the 2023 self-titled album. Also it is the first release under his new label Republic Records.
The album features moody melodic house, rock fusion, drum ’n’ bass, and his classic, cathartic melodic bass. ILLENIUM described as “making a movie for an album”.
The record comprises 19 tracks, featuring collaborations with Alna, Alok, Bastille, Bring Me The Horizon, Dabin, Dean Lewis, Elley Duhé, Ellie Goulding, EMMY, HAYLA, Kid Cudi, Lauren Alaina, Lø Spirit, Mako, Norma Jean Martine, Ryan Tedder, Tom Grennan, WYLDE and Zeds Dead.

ILLENIUM explained some tracks for the album.
“Forever” with Tom Grennan & Alna
“Tom Grennan and Alna absolutely crushed it. This one’s for all my OGs!! We wrote 'Forever' this year, maybe March or April, in my L.A. studio, where I was writing most of my album. I wanted to write a really fun, huge chorus—I typically start with writing the chorus after I do the guitar riffs or something fun. The writing was done so fast that I was working on the production later that night and messing with different stuff, everything came really organically. I wasn’t chasing for anything, it just felt really good.”
“With Your Love” with Ryan Tedder
ILLENIUM: “SOO stoked to finally get to work with this legend.”
Ryan Tedder: “I love dance music, coincidentally, here are a few of the dance records I've made over the years, Alesso 'Calling (Lose My Mind)', David Guetta 'I Don't Wanna Wait', Zedd 'Lost at Sea', Kygo 'Lose Somebody'.”
“In My Arms” with HAYLA
ILLENIUM: This one means a lot to me. Raw emotion from start to finish. Back to making electronic vibes bab. So happy with how this track turned out- raw emotion from start to finish. HAYLA your voice is magnetic and took this to another level. Hope you all love it.”
HAYLA: “In My Arms is all about that electricity you get when you're with somebody that you feel at home with. The sparks you feel bubbling under your skin when you're together, but also knowing that you will be that person's safe space, home and confidant whenever they need. 'If you're tired of being alone, if you need a heart to hold, I take you where you wanna go, I know it's in my arms.' Working with Illenium and co-writing “In My Arms” has been incredible. Illenium's immense production and sound elevates this song's meaning to even higher heights! This is a track that literally holds the listener in its arms. Music can also be a home. I hope that when you hear this song you feel at home too.”
“Don’t Want Your Love” with Ellie Goulding
ILLENIUM: “I haven’t dabbled in the house or trance space a lot, and had so much fun working on that. ‘Feels Like You’ with Ellie Duhé too, I love that song. I had a really fun time implementing my sound into that genre. There were some amazing vocals that called for it, that I was like, ‘I’ve just got to go to this world, it’s just meant to be there.’”
Ellie Goulding: “ILLENIUM has a really strong emotional sensibility in his music, and this song felt like a natural meeting point for us. It came together very organically, and I’m excited for people to hear it.”
“War” with Lø Spirit
ILLENIUM: “So excited to have my new single 'War' with Lø Spirit out now. This one was an instant favorite since the rock edge is something I’ve always loved. It brings a darker, heavier energy that contrasts my other singles and adds a new dimension to the story of ODYSSEY.”
Lø Spirit: “Super grateful to be a part of such a raw song. Being asked to sing this song with ILLENIUM was perfect timing for me. 'War' ironically ran parallel with a lot of the chaos I was met with this year. Couldn’t be more excited to make something so visceral with one of the greats in the electronic space.”
