  • Geese Performs at NPR Music Tiny Desk Concert

  • New York-based rock band Geese, consisting of Cameron Winter (vocals/guitar), Emily Green (guitar), Dominic DiGesu (bass), Max Bassin (drums) and Sam Revaz (keyboards/tour member), appeared on NPR Music Tiny Desk Concert to perform “Husbands”, “Cobra”, and “Half Real”, alongside their own assortment of trinkets, including toy goose gifted to them on tour, a stuffed Snoopy, a figurine of Sonic cradling Jesus, Minecraft sticky notes and a Mets hat.

This marks their debut on Tiny Desk Concert as a musical guest.

The band frontman Cameron Winter said about the surprisingly big crowd that had shown to see them, “Is this a ticketed thing? How did you guys get into this? I thought it was just NPR staffers and friends here. But NPR staffers don’t have this many friends. I’m kidding, don’t turn the cameras off.”
  • Three songs are featured on their fourth studio album “Getting Killed”, which was released last September.
All lyrics are written by Cameron Winter; all music is composed by Cameron Winter, Max Bassin, Dominic DiGesu, and Emily Green.
The album comprises 11 tracks, produced by Geese and Kenneth Blume.

Cameron Winter told Rolling Stone about the album, “I was unhappy until the last possible moment. Maybe even still. The whole process - maybe this is just how we make albums - but it's all kind of a waking nightmare until it's mastered.”
