Calvin Harris & Kasabian Team Up for New Song “Release The Pressure”
Scottish DJ Calvin Harris teamed up with British rock band Kasabian to release a new song “Release The Pressure” on February 6, 2026.
This marks the first collaboration between Calvin Harris and Kasabian.
For Calvin Harris, the song is the follow-up to the collaborative song “Ocean” with Canadian singer-songwriter Jessie Reyez, which was released last September.
Meanwhile, Kasabian collaborated with Calvin Harris ahead of their upcoming ninth studio album “Act III”, which is expected to be released this Spring.
Also for Kasabian, it is their first collaboration since the 2023 song "Rocket Fuel" with British electronic rock band The Prodigy.
The track was written by Sergio Pizzorno, Adam Wiles, Fraser Lance Thorneycroft Smith, and The Earth. Produced by Calvin Harris, Sergio Pizzorno, and Fraser T. Smith.- In addition, Calvin Harris has released an extremely limited-edition 12-inch and 7-inch red vinyl record for the song.
Calvin Harris said of the song, “Look unbelievable scenes, extremely limited edition. The tune and these extremely limited edition tune on this never been seen before, never been done before, once in a lifetime, situation me and Kasabian.”
