Tia Wood Releases New Song “Stimulated”
Canadian singer-songwriter Tia Wood released the first single of 2026 called “Stimulated” on February 6, 2026.
The song is accompanied by a music video. It was written by Tia Wood, Kyle Christopher Coleman, Rodney Jeffrion Montreal, and Darius Coleman. Produced by Kxhris and Fortune.
It is a slinky love song that evokes the light euphoria of the early, heady days of a new love.
Tia Wood said of the song, “I wrote a love song! It's about loving those early sweet days in a relationship and it's my ode to feeling lit up in the presence of someone else. I think that's something we can all relate to. It's a great feeling and I wanted to write a song that caught that vibe.”- Tia Wood is nominated for Contemporary Indigenous Artist or Group of the Year for “Sage My Soul” at Juno Awards of 2026.
It is her second consecutive JUNO Awards nomination.
The ceremony will be held at TD Coliseum in Hamilton, Ontario on March 28, 2026. -
