Nxdia Returns With New Song “Cool”
London-based Egyptian-Sudanese alt-pop singer-songwriter Nxdia returned with a new song “Cool” on February 6, 2026.
The song is the first release since the 2025 debut mixtape “I Promise No One's Watching”.
The sophisticated track captures self-discovery and the exploration of desire, blending deft bilingual English and Arabic lyrics with hooky alt-pop melodies and a tell-all edge.
It was written by Nadia Ahmed, Henry Tucker, and Joe Kearns, who also produced the track.
Navigating the tumultuous landscape of early stage dating and on a journey of self-discovery, Nxdia said, “I'm in my hoe era and I wanna celebrate that! Seeing what works, what feels good and what doesn't is a fun process. I hate this whole aversion to casual sex, how about we just enjoy the moment rather than overthinking stuff - everything is temporary anyway.
