Seth Tabatznik Releases New Song “We Are Walking Home”
South Africa-based British folk singer-songwriter Seth Tabatznik will release his upcoming sophomore album “Awakening Embers” on February 21, 2026.
From the album, he unveiled a new song “We Are Walking Home” along with a music video on January 30, 2026.
The song is the fourth single off of the album, following “Choose To Be Alive”, “Shining For Love”, and “Let Go of Fear”.
The song opens with a gorgeous flute solo and shifts into a reverie halfway through, taking on an upbeat makeover with African-inspired instrumentation.
It was written by Seth Tabatznik and produced by Jürgen von Wechmar.- Seth Tabatznik said of the song, “I had this lyric in my head for months: 'We are walking home, into the womb of the universe'. I didn't know what to do with it. Then one day I was just fiddling around on the guitar and the whole song came to me in minutes and I couldn't stop playing it, imagining African vibes to accompany alike to Paul Simon's Graceland. This song is about the times of transformation we are in, the tipping point of all things; a time of chaos and destruction, but also of creativity and rebirth; of coming back into our hearts and remembering.”
