  • Baby Queen Returns With New Song “I Hope You Don't Remember Me”

  • London-based singer-songwriter Baby Queen returned with a new song “I Hope You Don't Remember Me” on January 30, 2026.

The song will appear on her upcoming sophomore album, which is expected to be released in 2026.
The new album is her first body of work in three years, following the 2023 album “Quarter Life Crisis”.
She recorded it with producer Alex Casnoff in London and Los Angels.
The track was written by Arabella Latham and Alex Casnoff, who also produced it.

Baby Queen said of the song, “This song is about an urge to revoke my memory from somebody else's mind after perceived rejection (partly in defiance and partly out of shame) and have them be erased from my own in return. Whilst writing it, I was still trying to convince myself of what I was saying. I think a lot of the emotion comes from the fact that a big part of me didn't want to be forgotten, and knew I wouldn't forget.”
  • She said of her comeback, “The sky fell down - or so it seemed to. In me, arose an urgent desire to create something pure and truly great. In order to access the well of creativity (in whichever strange and ephemeral realm it exists), I had to be present and separate what I was making from the idea of anybody else ever hearing it. I wanted to know what would happen if trusted my instincts entirely.”

She continued, “From the perspective of a rather unreliable narrator, the music I wrote as a result tells the story of the past three years a lot better than will be able to in the notes app. Sharing it feels quite uncomfortable, and hope that's a good thing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being here on the other side.”
