  • Sasha Keable Premieres New Song “tell me what you want” on BBC Radio 1

  • London-based singer-songwriter Sasha Keable premiered a new song “tell me what you want” on BBC Radio 1's New Music Show with Jack Saunders.

The song is the follow-up to “TAI CHI” released last month. Both songs will appear on her upcoming EP “ACT II”, which is set to be released on February 6, 2026.
The new EP is the extended version of the 2025 EP “act right”.
She first performed the song on BBC Radio 1's Sound Of 2026 live.
The track was written by A'shaari Pope, Charlie Pitts, Eddie Lopes, Kent Azares, and Sasha Keable. Produced by Eddie Lopes, Charlie Pitts, and Kent Azares.

Sasha Keable said of the song, “Not gonna lie, this is maybe my favourite song I've written in a while, thank you to my angel babies Charlie Pitts, Kent Azares, Eddie Lopes, A'shaari Pope for being the best creative team a girl could work with. Special mention to JORDSS for bringing the positive energy the day I wrote this.”
  • The new EP comprises 12 tracks, including 7 songs from the EP “act right” and 5 new songs.

Sasha Keable told Jack Saunders about the EP, “I just didn't feel like the story was quite finished. And I felt like I wanted to give my fans and myself even just more context and more music. 'act right' was very angry. This is kind of a bit of an extension of that, and I guess kind of what happened afterwards, to a certain extent.”

  • She continued, “It was an EP ('act right') that was kind of based around betrayal and heartbreak, very much. So it was a really difficult EP to write. It was not the funnest of things to put together. But that end result was so beautiful, and it really helped to heal me. And I know that from kind of the response that I got from fans as well. It's got a lot of people through a lot of breakups, so I'm just really happy to have helped, but it's nice to just be able to give it kind of second life and just a bit more context to the story.”
