  • Frankie Silver Returns With New Song “Airplane Mode”

  • San Diego-based singer-songwriter Frankie Silver returned with a new song “Airplane Mode” on January 16, 2026.

The song is his first music in five years, following the 2021 collaborative song “I Won't Forget You”.
It is his personal dance with a toxic relationship and that moment of finally deciding to disengage and hit reset.
The track was written by Frankie Silver, Matthew Joshua Hall, and Sharin Toribio. Proud ed by Mj Hall.
He has already filmed a music video for the song, which will premiere on January 29, 2026.

Frankie Silver said of the song, “This song is my anthem for digital and emotional escapism. It's about that overwhelming need to hit 'pause' on the noise. Whether it's a draining relationship, social pressures, or the constant buzz of expectation. Healing isn't always about pushing forward; sometimes, it's about pushing pause. It's in that quiet space we create for ourselves that we gather the strength to face the chaos and turn it into something powerful.”
  • Frankie Silver is a dynamic Indigenous artist whose lifelong dedication to performance informs his vibrant, genre-blending pop music.
His journey began at age six with the Philadelphia Boys Choir, leading to a multifaceted career on stage and screen, to his skilled work as an aerial and acrobatic dancer.
In 2013, a life-changing injury threatened to end his piano and dance pursuits, but through years of recovery, he turned to songwriting, and his music career reemerged.
