Kye Alfred Hillig Announces New Album “The All-Night Costume Company”, Shares New Song “Ezekiel Bobbing For Apples”

Tacoma-based singer-songwriter Kye Alfred Hillig is back. He has announced his upcoming ninth studio album “The All-Night Costume Company” will be released on March 4, 2026.
The album is his first full-length record in four years, following the 2022 album “In All Colors Singing Back”.
From the album, he released the first single called “Ezekiel Bobbing For Apples” on January 7, 2026.
The track was written by Kye Alfred Hillig and produced by Johnny Nails.
The song’s arrangement is lean and powerful; the blend of guitar, rhythm section, and vocals adds weight rather than gloss, creating moments of tension and release that feel earned instead of ornamental.
Kye Alfred Hillig said of the song, “It’s really a bit of singing up from the bottom of the well. Everything feels kind of screwed and hopeless at times, but the message is I am with you. There’s something freeing about saying that out loud.”- The new album comprises 12 tracks, which Kye Alfred Hillig recorded with producer Johnny Nails at Ex Ex Studios in Seattle.
Kye Alfred Hillig said of the album, “The band and I are super proud of this record. The sessions felt electric, life-affirming, a goddamn whirlwind of unadulterated fun. The guys were on their unequivocal A-game. Working with producer Johnny Nails was an absolute dream. Rachel Field, mastering virtuoso she is, polished the album to a lustrous shine. Annie J’s backing vox on these songs had our jaws on the floor. Excited to share this new work with you all.” -
