Sarah Kinsley Announces New EP “Fleeting”, Shares New Song “Lonely Touch”

New York-based singer-songwriter Sarah Kinsley has announced her upcoming fifth EP “Fleeting” will be released on February 13, 2026 via Verve Forecast/Fontana.
The EP is her first project since the 2024 debut album “Escaper” and comprises 5 tracks, featuring a guest appearance from Scottish singer-songwriter Paris Paloma.
Sarah Kinsley said of the EP, “The Fleeting EP is a collection of music scoring my return to a long lost sense of self. It is a record honouring love and desire. A deep promise to change. It is a promise to yearn, to long, to feel deeply and truly, despite knowing everything is fleeting.”
From the EP, she released a new song “Lonely Touch” on January 9, 2026.
The song is the second single off of the EP, following the title track released last September.
It was written and produced by Sarah Kinsley, with production by Jake Aron.
The accompanying music video was directed by Sarah Kinsley and Chloë Gottlieb.- Sarah Kinsley said of the song, “‘Lonely Touch’ was written in one sitting after I watched the Luca Guadagnino film Queer. It was inspired by a scene showing two lovers intertwining: their hands traveling under each other’s skin, moving through the body, feeling each other’s hearts. This song is an homage to the vulnerability of longing, of yearning for a kind of touch that is undeniable and terrifying. It is a song about true intimacy: wanting to feel the edges of another’s soul, becoming one in the dark together.”
She continued, “It really only felt right to create a music video with dance and movement, and with the help of my dear friends New York choreographer Madi O’Halloran and director Chloë Vivian Gottlieb, we made a visual piece that truly embodies the song: one capturing closeness and raw touch between people.” -
She added, “'Lonely Touch' might be my favorite song I’ve ever made and the video is even better. Thank you to the incredible dancers who made this happen and choreographer extraordinaire Madi for actualizing my dreams of rolling around on the floor and dancing like a feral maniac lol. I am so grateful to everyone who was apart of making this one and I would do it again in a heartbeat. And thank you Luca Guadagnino for making 'Queer' and inspiring me to write this.” - source : Apple Music
