  • Jack Savoretti Announces New Album “We Will Always Be The Way We Were”, Shares Title Track

  • British singer-songwriter Jack Savoretti has announced his upcoming ninth studio album “We Will Always Be The Way We Were” will be released on April 10, 2026.

The album is his first full-length record since the 2024 album “Miss Italia”.
From the album, he released the title track on January 8, 2026.
The song is the third single off of the album, following “Do It For Love” and “Only Gonna Cry For You” featuring Steph Fraser.
It was written by Jack Savoretti, Mark Taylor, Patrick Mascall, and Paul Barry. Produced by Tommaso Colliva.
The accompanying music video was directed by Dean Sherwood.
He will perform the song on The Graham Norton Show on January 9, 2026.

Jack Savoretti said of the song, “The title track is a song about growing, changing, and realising that, deep down, we never really stop being who we are.”
He added, “I don't think we ever really change. We grow and we evolve.”
  • The new album comprises 13 tracks, featuring guest appearances from Steph Fraser and KT Tunstall, produced by Tommaso Colliva.
He recorded it live over eight days with Jesper Lind on drums, Sam Davies on bass, Sam Lewis on guitar, Nikolai Torp on keyboards and Shannon Harris on piano at Eastcote Studios in West London.

Jack Savoretti said of the album, “This is a full-circle album. It's going back to my roots, to the neighbourhood where I first started making music - with the same friends and musicians I met around Ladbroke Grove and Portobello Road. It's the album I always wanted to make when I was starting out, but didn't yet have the courage or experience to make. Now I do.”
