RAEGAN Releases New Song “RAEGAN CORE”
New York City-based singer-songwriter RAEGAN released a new song “RAEGAN CORE” on January 7, 2026.
The song follows “BALLAD OF A PRESCHOOL DROPOUT” and “LONGING & LAMENT”.
Three songs will appear on her upcoming EP, which is expected to be released this summer.
The track is a fully realized fusion of her musical theatre roots and explosive pop instincts.
It was written and produced by RAEGAN, with production by Miu Sato.
The accompanying music video was directed by RAEGAN and Michael McCrary. The clip leans fully into her maximalist world: dramatic, campy, and unapologetically performative, transforming the city into a stage and the night into a spectacle.- RAEGAN said of the song, “RAEGAN CORE isn't just a song, it's an era. A movement. It's a home for the dramatic, the campy, the theatre kids who finally get to take up space in pop. I wrote this song about being a campy girl in the city, claiming the night like it's my stage and refusing to dim for anyone.”
