Sleeping At Last Releases New Song “Have”
American singer-songwriter Ryan O'Neal's musical project Sleeping At Last released a new song “Have” on January 2, 2026.
The song follows the EP “Atlas: Revere” released last month and is taken from his upcoming project “Atlas: III”, which is expected to be released in 2026.
“Atlas: III” is the third entry in his Atlas series of long-form concept projects, following “Atlas: I” in 2014 and “Atlas: II” in 2019.
He recorded the song at Abbey Road Studios in London and his own studio in Illinois.
The track features Sharon Mulfinger Gerber on strings, Anya-Katarina Gerber on strings, and his daughters, Lily & Iris O’Neal on background vocals.
It was written and produced by Ryan O'Neal.
He plans to release the next song “Want”, which will be released later this month.- Ryan O'Neal said of the song, “Have, and its sibling song Want (out later this month), explore the tension I feel between gratitude for what I’ve been given and a persistent hunger for more. They felt like fitting themes for the start of a new year- a season of both looking back and imagining what’s ahead. I’m super excited to unpack these ideas through the songs themselves, new episodes of my podcast and more throughout January!”
