Vancouver Sleep Clinic Releases New Song “valley of my prime”
Australian singer-songwriter Tim Bettinson, aka Vancouver Sleep Clinic released a new song “valley of my prime” on January 2, 2026.
The song is the follow-up to “heaven above me”, which was released last month.
It was written and produced by Timothy Bettinson.
“This song makes me so nostalgic,” Vancouver Sleep Clinic said of the song. “‘i’m too young to feel this old’... this is a lyric from my favourite Kings of Leon song and it’s something I’ve felt more and more in my mid-late 20s. Why am I so hung up on the past/future when I’m supposed to be in the peak of my prime? Hope you connect with this song that I wrote last year from a very real rock bottom, dreaming skywards.”- He added, “And here’s to 2026; to escaping the valleys, chasing the moment and trying the best we can to cherish and experience the present for all it is.”
