mgk Releases New Song “times of my life”
American rapper and singer-songwriter mgk (Machine Gun Kelly) released a new song “times of my life” along with a music video on January 2, 2026.
The song will appear on the upcoming deluxe edition of his seventh studio album “lost americana”, which is set to be released in 2026.
The album “lost americana” was released last August via EST 19XX and Interscope Records.
He wrote the song with Travis Barker and Jacob Kasher 8 years ago.

The track features a dynamic sound with acoustic guitar, electric guitar, cello, piano, and bass.
mgk said of the song, “A song I did 8 years ago with Travis Barker and dark_waves Jacob Kasher finally came out today. It was the first song I ever did with Travis [Barker] actually, crazy.”
He added, “The song 'times of my life' that yall leaked years ago, that I played before we went on stage every night on this tour.”- The song is his most famous unreleased song. Back in 2019, he first mentioned the song on ALT 92.3 Radio, “Me and Travis got this one. It just did it reminds me of like an Oasis Wonderwall. I wish it would come out. I mean, I have it. I can put it out whenever I want. It's called 'Times of My Life.' I'll say the title so that when it comes out, we can be like, 'Oh, here it is.'”
