Nicholas Bamberger Releases New Song “Passion Dance”
Bern-based Swiss pianist Nicholas Bamberger released a new song “Passion Dance” on December 19, 2025.
The song is his first music since the fourth studio album “The Art Of Now”, which was released on August 29, 2025.
It was written and produced by Nicholas Bamberger.
Nicholas Bamberger said of the song “'Passion Dance' stayed with me for a long time. I didn't start with a clear intention, and I wasn't sure what emotional space I was moving through. Again and again, the music seemed to come from somewhere less deliberate, something deeper and more instinctive. It felt as if my body knew what needed to be expressed before my mind could make sense of it, like my hands moving before I'd decided where they should go.”- The music video for the song was released on December 31, 2025.
He said of the video, “When we filmed the video, the approach was similar. We spent the day driving around Berlin, searching for a place without really knowing what we were looking for. As the light started to fade, we suddenly came across a small abandoned airport. There was no time to keep searching. We trusted the moment and stayed.” -
He continued, “The music itself came from somewhere instinctive rather than planned. It felt as if my body knew what needed to be expressed before my mind could make sense of it, like my hands moving before I'd decided where they should go. We were lucky to catch the last rays of sun that day, and that brief light became part of the piece.” - source : Apple Music
