SYML Releases New Song “She Waits”
Seattle-based singer-songwriter SYML released a new song “She Waits” on December 26, 205.
The song is the first release since his third studio album “Nobody Lives Here” released back in April, and close out the year.
The song is an instrumental piano track. To date, he has released several instrumental piano songs, such as “I Wanted to Leave”, “Breathtaker”, “In Between Breaths”, “Your Breathing Sounds Like a Wave”, and “Where's My Love - Piano Solo”.
The track was written and produced by Brian Fennell.
SYML said of the song, “This year had all the things. Some strange, some familiar. I got my first Diamond Awards and my picture on the cover of Rolling Stone (France). I got to return to some of my favorite cities and perform in beautiful spaces with my friends. I drank beers on a train. I put music out into the world. I wrote music alone in my basement and released two albums, Nobody Lives Here and Paris Unplugged. Also as a final gift to end the year, I just released a new piano song 'She Waits' out today.”- He continued, “I was lucky and unlucky. I missed my family a lot. What I get to do for work is not normal, and this time of year is good for reflecting on that. One thing is for certain though, what I do isn’t possible without the care and hard work of others. That goes for my team as well as anyone who has listened or come to a show or bought a shirt or told their friend about a new song they heard. I am grateful for 2025, and I am ready for 2026.”
