Blue Releases New Song “Candlelight Fades”
British boy band Blue, consisting of Simon Webbe, Duncan James, Antony Costa, and Lee Ryan, will their upcoming seventh studio album “Reflections” on January 9, 2026 via Blue Blood International and Cooking Vinyl.
From the album, the group released their brand new single called “Candlelight Fades” on December 19, 2025.
The song is the fourth, following “Beautiful Spiritual”, “Waste My Love”, and “One Last Time”.
The track is about enduring love and devotion in the face of time, change, and uncertainty. They sing, “I will be there till candlelight fades / Till the sun goes down on our last days / I will be there till all that remains / Are the shadows left when candlelight fades.”
It was written by Antony Costa and Paul Visser. Produced by GOLDCRUSH.
The group said, “With our new album 'Reflections' arriving in January 2026, we wanted to share something special with you ahead of Christmas! Our brand-new single, 'Candlelight Fades'.”- The new album comprises 13 tracks, produced by GOLDCRUSH, MSTR Rogers and N3RD.
It is their first album in four years since the 2022 album “Heart & Soul”.
