  • Wilby Drops New Music Video for “Too Late To Save”

  • Nashville-based singer-songwriter Maria Crawford, aka Wilby dropped a new music video for “Too Late To Save” on December 18, 2025.

The video was directed by Ryan Hartley, featuring Simeon Church on bass, Zach Bodman on drums, and Aaron Hicks on guitar.
The song is featured on her debut album “Center of Affection”, which was released back in October.
It was written and produced by Maria Crawford, with production by Andrew Goldring.

Maria Crawford said of the song, “This song is less about asserting differences and more about trusting where you are at and meeting people where they are. Maybe we all have more in common than we think... maybe we are all believing in whatever we need to make sense of ourselves and our experiences. I spent a lot of time trying to change people and calling it love.”
  • The debt album comprises 12 tracks, produced by Maria Crawford and Andrew Goldring.

Maria Crawford told LUNA about the album, “It all started by doing a deeper dive into therapy and engaging with my inner child, and bringing back memories of my childhood to better understand my present self. I've always had a deep loneliness, I would say, so trying to understand more about where that comes from. Having more awareness, so that I could have more self compassion.”
  • She continued, “I've made other projects where I have a playlist and this is the production. I love Mazzy Star and a lot of 90s indie rock. There was, some bands I listened to in middle school, like Death Cab for Cutie and Switchfoot elements, which was funny. There were even some Nirvana influences and Modest Mouse. Definitely Big Thief and Adrienne Lenker are always in the forefront of my mind as far as production and letting the song breathe, and having an organic sound around the song and the vocals.”

She shared on social media, “I've never been prouder of something I've made. This was the most empowering thing to create and I'm elated and equally freaked out to share it with you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for listening and supporting.”
