Finn Wolfhard Directs New Music Video for George Harrison's “Give Me Love (Give Me Peace on Earth)”

Canadian actor and singer-songwriter Finn Wolfhard directed a new animated music video for The Beatles George Harrison's “Give Me Love (Give Me Peace on Earth)”.
The video was released on December 17, 2025 and stop-motion animated by Toronto-based studio Nobody Told Me Studios and animation house Tye Down Picture.
The song is featured on George Harrison's 1973 album “Living in the Material World”. The 50th anniversary edition of the album was released last November.
The track was written and produced by George Harrison.
Finn Wolfhard said of the video, “To work with the Harrison family and bring this video to life with a team of incredible young Canadian artists has been a great honor. It's hard to put into words how grateful I am for this opportunity. George Harrison has and will continue to be a huge inspiration to me, and his work will live on forever.”- George Harrison's son Dhani Harrison added, “Finn is one of the sweetest and most talented people I know of his generation, and he is the perfect person to direct a video for my dad. My dad would have loved this, and I hope his wonderful, creative, heartfelt ideas help this song reach another generation. Great job, Finn - we love you.”

Finn Wolfhard told Jimmy Fallon of The Tonight Show about the video, “It's a very odd turn of events, like the way that it came together. Fred Armisen, who's a friend of yours. Fred Armisen, who I met very briefly in Los Angeles. We were talking about music, and I had already known the Harrison family a little bit, just like was already friendly with them. And a week after meeting Fred, he gave me a text and was like, 'Hey, they're having trouble that Harrison estate are finding it hard to get a director for the 'Give Me Love' video. Like, would you mind if I put your name in the hat?' I was like, 'Yeah.' Like, that's, that's something that's like, you can't pass up that opportunity. So I worked with an amazing group of young artists in Toronto and Canada, and they did a stop motion video. And it's sort of, it's George gardening, and it's in his garden, because gardening was a huge part of his life. And so I wanted to make something that I feel like he would have liked. Obviously, it's a weird thing because he's not around, but I think he would have loved it.” - source : YouTube
