Mossy Ledge Releases New Christmas Song “Christmas Lights”
Vancouver-based alt-rock band Mossy Ledge, consisting of James Milligan (vocals), Dean Kerr (guitar/vocals), Kirn Khaira (bass), Ryan Mason (drums), and Den Zee (guitar), released a new Christmas song “Christmas Lights” on December 9, 2025.
It is their first ever holiday track and closes out the year.
The song celebrates connection and the brave belief that, even in the darkest stretch of winter, someone will keep a light on for you, featuring shimmering guitars, soft vocals, and harmonies that float in like a neighbourhood caroling crew who know exactly when to show up.
It was written by Dean Kerr, James Milligan, and Ryan Mason. Produced by Mossy Ledge.- The band drummer Ryan Mason said of the song, “The vocal melody and the lyrics really capture the feeling of Christmas. It's a song that is contemporary, but still based in tradition. As a drummer, I had to sit back... there's no drums in this song. Maybe that present is still under the tree!”
