Jasper Tygner Announces Debut Album “Blue”, Shares New Song “Life Expected”
London-based music producer Jasper Tygner has announced his upcoming debut album “Blue” will be released on March 6, 2026.
The album comprises 12 tracks, produced by Jasper Tygner, Oli Bayston, Simon White, and Art School Girlfriend, featuring collaborations with Welsh singer-songwriter Art School Girlfriend and London-based alt-electronic band holybones.
Jasper Tygner said of the album, “It's about that moment between places. When you're halfway home, half-asleep, and the world feels both endless and small.”
He added, “If you had said to me a few years ago that I would be able to make an album, I reckon I would have laughed. They embody months of work, stress and hours in the studio sweating over the tiniest details! This has taken a year of my life to create, along with the help of some truly talented writers, singers and filmmakers!”- From the album, he released a new song “Life Expected” on December 4, 2025.
The song is the fifth single off, following “28 Eyes” with holybones, “Blue”, “First Light”, “Hold You” with Art School Girlfriend.
It was written and produced by Jasper Tygner. The accompanying music video was directed by Blue Hour.
Jasper Tygner said of the video, “We made this video on a very cold early morning in March in upstate New York. Following a couple saying goodbye to someone, driving away and reflecting on what has happened. I wanted the story to be left ambiguous, everyone has experienced this early morning drive - saying goodbye to the night and watching the sunrise travelling somewhere.” -
