Måneskin's Thomas Raggi Releases Debut Solo Album “MASQUERADE”

Italian rock band Måneskin's guitarist Thomas Raggi released his debut solo album “MASQUERADE” along with a live video for “GETCHA!” on December 5, 2025.
This marks Thomas Rudge as the third member of Måneskin to release a solo record. To date, lead singer Damiano David and bassist Victoria De Angelis have each released solo records.
The album comprises 8 tracks, featuring collaborations with Alex Kapranos, Chad Smith, Franz Ferdinand, Hama Okamoto, Jet, Kasabian, Luke Spiller, Matt Sorum, Maxim, Nic Cester, Tom Morello and UPSAHL. Produced by American guitarist Tom Morello.
Thomas Raggi describes the album as “the result of a lot of work and dedication”. The album brings together artists united by their love for making powerful, guitar-driven rock music, resulting in a raw and passionate celebration of the genre teaming a fast-rising new star with the icons from which he draws inspiration.- Thomas Raggi said of the album, “Seeing so many musical icons come together reminded me that music knows no boundaries; that you have to follow your instinct and simply do what you feel. I feel as if those who made music history are placing a hand on my shoulder, saying: 'You're on the right path.'”
Producer Tom Morello added, “I've loved working on this project. And I'm so proud of the result. It's incredible to see such a young, talented guy (from Italy !!!!) carrying the rock 'n' roll baton to a new generation.” - The live video for “GETCHA!” was filmed live at a special one night only release concert at the historic Whisky A Go-Go in Los Angeles.
“GETCHA!” is originally born from a collaboration with American singer-songwriter Beck, who co-wrote the song.
The track features American rock band Red Hot Chili Peppers' Chad Smith on drums and Australian rock band Jet's Nic Cester on lead vocals.
Nic Cester said of the song, “This was such a fun collaboration. I enjoyed the challenge of singing outside of my normal comfort zone. There were so many interesting and talented people involved in this song. I was really happy to be involved!”
