Tamera Returns With New Song “Blessings”
London-based singer-songwriter Tamera returned with a new song “Blessings” on December 4, 2025.
The song is her first solo music in a year since the 2024 single “Supernova”.
She wrote the song in inspiration from the death of her close friend.
It was written by Aston Rudi, Isaac Adeosi, Rahel Yohannes, and Tamera Cuthbert. Produced by Aston Rudi and Isaac Adeosi.
The accompanying music video was filmed by Charlie Ree.
Tamera said of the song, “It was a long road to get this song out but it's finally here and I'd like the personally thank everyone involved in this l wonderful process. This song has lived with me for a while now... long before I knew it would ever be released. I started writing Blessings right after I found out one of my close friends had passed away. It was one of those moments that shakes your entire understanding of life, how someone so full of energy, laughter, possibility can be here one minute and gone the next. It put so much into perspective for me. Our time here is frighteningly fleeting, no matter how alive we feel.”- She continued, “Blessings became my way of holding on to the light. It reminded me that even in the darkest moments, there are things worth anchoring yourself to the people you love, the moments that make you pause, the chances to show gratitude before everything changes.”
She added, This song is for anyone who's ever had to put one foot in front of the other when life felt too heavy. For the people who are trying their best to stay hopeful. For the ones who've lost someone and had to reshape themselves around that absence. For the people choosing softness even when the world has hardened them. It's a reminder to count what's real, to breathe deeper, to stay present, and to not take a single moment for granted.” -
