Samantha Leah Releases New Song “Acrobat”
Los Angeles-based dark pop singer-songwriter Samantha Leah released her brand new song “Acrobat” on December 3, 2025.
The song is accompanied by the Tatiana Paris-directed music video and follows her October release “Smile”.
Samantha Leah co-wrote the song with producer Marvin Fockens.
Inspired by a real interaction in a cabaret-themed speakeasy, the song blurs the line between reverie and reality, bringing the timeless seduction of old Hollywood to life through Samantha's signature dark-pop melodies.
Samantha Leah said of the song, “'Acrobat' was inspired by a night in a smoky, cabaret-style speakeasy, where I met a hypnotizing bartender who felt like she was performing just for me.”- She told mxdwn about the video, “'Acrobat' is one of the most 'me' songs I've ever made. The video drops you straight into a vintage cabaret dreamscape, and the story follows my fantasy of a mesmerizing bartender who moves like she's performing on a private stage just for me. I then get lost in her universe. As a Pisces, I basically live in my imagination, so getting to bring that dreamworld to life in both the song and visual feels incredibly special to me.”
