Caddy Callaghan Releases New Song “Wait a minute”
Melbourne-based singer-songwriter Caddy Callaghan released her brand new song “Wait a minute” on November 28, 2025.
The song is the fourth single from her upcoming debut album “There You Are”, following “Light Years Away”, “I crave you”, and “There You Are” featuring Mark Punch.
The track captures the emotions of longing for a love that feels both destined and impossible. It is a brave, sorrowful, and beautiful expression of yearning, both dramatic and tender.
It was written by Caddy Callaghan and produced by Rick Price.
She recorded the song with Rick Price on drums, bass and synth, and Mark Punch on guitar in Nashville.- Caddy Callaghan said of the song, “A song of heart wrenching longing for the beloved. The song to sing when the yearning for the impossible needs to be expressed. Dramatic and tender. Heartfelt, sorrowful, courageous and honest. So pleased to release WAIT A MINUTE out into the world.
