Davina Michelle Releases New Song “AMSTERDAMNED” from New Film “Amsterdamned II” Soundtrack
Dutch singer-songwriter Davina Michelle released her brand new song “AMSTERDAMNED” on November 28, 2025.
The song is taken from an upcoming Dutch crime thriller film “Amsterdamned II” soundtrack.
The film is a sequel to the 1988 film “Amsterdamned”, directed by Dick Maas, starring Huub Stapel reprising his role as Detective Eric Visser, along with Holly Mae Brood.
Nearly forty years later, the story returns with a new chapter, following detective Eric Visser and a rising investigator as they confront a fresh wave of murders disturbing the city’s canals.
The film is scheduled to be released on December 4, 2025.
Davina Michelle co-wrote the song with producer Sebastiaan Brouwer.
The song is the follow-up to “What a Woman”, which was released last month.- Davina Michelle said of the song, “For the new film Amsterdamned 2, Sebastiaan Brouwer and I wrote the soundtrack, from a serial killer’s point of view. I wanted it to feel alluring and unsettling. Dark, sexy and a little unhinged-just like Amsterdam itself. We wrote it to capture the city’s dangerous charm. The movie will be out in Dutch cinemas next week and on Amazon Prime in a few months.”
